摘要
目的:比较MRI双斜位与常规位扫描显示踝关节外侧韧带的效果,为临床更好地评价踝关节外侧韧带提供依据。方法:选取30例踝关节检查患者进行磁共振成像,扫描方法包括常规位及双斜位扫描,比较二种不同扫描方法对踝关节外侧韧带的显示效果。结果:踝关节双斜位MRI扫描可显示外侧韧带全程,显示外侧韧带效果更佳。结论:双斜位扫描可作为踝关节磁共振扫描常规扫描方法,为临床更好地评价踝关节外侧韧带提供依据。
Objective： To compare the effect of ankle joint lateral ligament showed by double oblique MRI scan with that of conventional scan. To provide better basis for the clinical evaluation of ankle joint lateral ligament. Methods： 30 patients with ankle joint inspection were selected to have magnetic resonance imaging, including conventional and double oblique scan. The display effect of the two kinds of scanning methods was compared. Results： Double oblique MRI scans can show the lateral ankle ligaments thoroughly, and the effect is better than that of conventional scanning. Conclusion ： Double oblique MRI scans can be used as a routine scan method, which provides a better basis for the clinical evaluation of ankle joint lateral ligament.
