摘要
为观察藻酸锌钙盐功能性敷料对肛周脓肿术后创面愈合的临床疗效，将60例肛周脓肿患者随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组采用藻酸锌钙盐功能性敷料覆盖创面，对照组采用凡土林油纱覆盖创面，4周为一疗程。观察两组患者创面愈合过程中的创面分泌物量、肉芽生长情况及创口愈合时间、疼痛等指标，并对以上指标进行量化评分。结果显示，试验组创面分泌物同期少于对照组；试验组在缩短创面愈合时间、减轻创面疼痛等方面较对照组效果明显（P〈0．05）。结果表明，藻酸锌钙盐功能性敷料换药能有效减少肛周脓肿创面分泌物，缩短创面愈合时间，减轻创面疼痛，并能有效减少术后其他并发症。
This study was to investigate the clinical effect of zinc calcium alginate functional dressing in promoting wound surface healing of perianal abscess.The 60 patients with perianal abscess were randomly divided into trial group and control one; the former adopted this zinc calcium alginate dressing to covere wound surface,the latter adopted petrolatum gauze to do so, for 4 weeks, as a treatment courses then, in whole healing process the indexes such as wound surface secretion volume, granulation growth status, wound healing time and pain sense,etc of both groups were observed and quantized for score.As results,in secretion volume at same time, in shortening healing time of wound surface, and relieving wound surface pain the former was less than superior to the latter（ P 〈0.05）.Results show that above zinc calcium algi- hate functional dressing can effectively reduce secretion volume, shorten healing time,relieve pain as well other complication.
