摘要
燃气—蒸汽联合循环供热机组的抽凝与背压运行方式可靠切换是对具有SSS离合器系统汽轮机控制的基本要求。以北京京西燃气热电有限公司燃气—蒸汽联合循环供热机组为例,对机组在进行抽凝与背压运行方式切换试验过程中出现的问题和逻辑参数设置分析,找出抽凝与背压运行方式切换过程中出现的由于汽轮机高压缸压比高造成主保护动作的原因,并提出优化解决方案。
In the combined-cycle gas and steam turbine heating unit, the switch between the extraction operation mode and the back pressure operation mode is the basic requirement for the turbine control system which has the function of the SSS clutch. Taking Beijing Jingxi Gas-fired Thermal Power Co.,Ltd., by analyzing the unit's logic parameters and the problems in the test of the operation mode switch between the extraction mode and the back pressure mode, found out the reason of the turbine's main protection action caused by the high pressure ratio of the high pressure cylinder in the operation mode switching process, and proposed the optimized solution of the problems.
