摘要
"订单式"教育是近年来我国高等教育中出现的一种新的办学和人才培养模式。"订单式"培养模式将人才培养直接与社会人才需求挂钩,人才实践技能得到了提高。随着高等教育的深入发展,普通高校高年级本科生的培养采用"订单式"模式有利于培养出一批具有坚实的理论基础和应用创新能力的高级工程技术人才。
The＂order-based＂model is still new for education and training in higher education in recent years. ＂ Order-based＂ training model directly links training of professionals with social needs,so that the students＇ practical skills can get greatly improved.With the further development of higher education,training senior undergraduates in colleges and universities with the ＂ Order-based＂ model is conducive to the promising result of training a large number of senior engineering and technical personnel with both solid theoretical foundation and application and innovation abilities.
