摘要
深海管道在铺设施工中出现的管跨,可能比规范设计方法得到的许用跨长略长,是否需要进行海底预处理,是工程界十分关心的安全技术问题。该文在研究DNV船级社规范经验公式设计计算方法的基础上,提出了安装阶段管跨超规范条件下的管跨评估直接计算方法。采用有限元方法建模,考虑土壤和海管之间不同边界条件的影响,分析管跨的固有频率、静挠度、轴向力等与跨长直径比的相互关系,开展管跨评估。针对我国南海某深水油气田的铺管施工管跨问题,在比设计允许管跨略长一定数值的情况下,分析认为,不用海底预处理可以继续安全铺管施工。
When the free span ofsubsea pipelines during the installationoperation is longer than the allowable span length calculated by rules’ design method,it is a concern of safety whether the pre-process construction is need for the pipe laying.One direct analysis solution is proposed for the free span assessing instead of the empirical design method from DNV rules.The influence of different boundary conditions between the soil and the pipe is discussed.This solution is applied to one pipe laying project in South China Sea.Conclusion is drawn that it is still safe when thespan length is a little longer than the allowablevalue,and the pipe laying is safe without pre-process during the installation operation.
