锥形轴承保持架有限元模拟分析及冲模参数优化选择

摘要 本文利用有限元模拟软件Deform,对锥形轴承保持架冲压加工过程进行了仿真,分析研究了冲压过程中变形区的应力应变分布、冲压力剪应力对冲压过程的影响,以及冲裁间隙在冲压过程中对成型件的影响,并优化了冲裁间隙参数。 The stamping process of the tapered beating retainer is simulated by using the finite element software of Deform. The stress and strain distribution of deformation zone in stamping process, the influence of shear stress on stamping process, and the influence of stamping clearance in stamping process on formed parts are analyzed and studied. Then, the parameters of stamping clearance are optimized.
