摘要
目的:研究匙羹藤总皂苷对大鼠肝脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、和脂质过氧化物(LPO)作用的影响。方法:通过硫代巴比妥酸(TBA)分光光度法测定大鼠肝脏脂质过氧化(LPO)的二级分解产物丙二醛(MDA)的含量,以考察匙羹藤总皂苷对实验大鼠肝脏LPO的作用影响,采用黄嘌呤氧化酶法测定SOD活力,钼酸铵显色法测定CAT的活力,考察匙羹藤总皂苷对实验大鼠肝脏SOD和CAT的作用大小。结果:与对照组比较匙羹藤总皂苷在1.0mg/ml^6.0mg/ml浓度范围可抑制大鼠肝脏LPO作用;在1.0mg/ml^6.5mg/ml浓度范围内可提高大鼠肝脏SOD和CAT的活性。结论:匙羹藤总皂苷可以提高大鼠肝脏SOD和CAT的活性,降低MDA的产生。
Objective: the effect of total saponins of Gymnema sylvestre on rat liver superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and lipid peroxide (LPO) effect. Methods: by thiobarbituric acid (TBA) spectrophotometric method determination of rat liver lipid peroxidation (LPO) secondary decomposition product malondialdehyde (MDA) content, in order to examine the effect of total saponins of Gymnema sylvestre on experimental rat liver LPO effect by xanthine oxidase method determination of the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), ammonium molybdate significantly colorimetric determination of CAT activity. The effect of the size of the total saponins of Gymnema sylvestre the role of experimental rat liver SOD and cat. Results: with the control group comparison of total saponins of Gymnema sylvestre in 1.0mg/ml-6.0mg/ml concentration range can inhibit rat liver lipid peroxidation; can improve the activity of SOD and cat in rat liver in 1.0mg/ml-6..5mg/ml concentration within the scope of. Conclusion: the total saponins of Gymnema sylvestre can improve SOD and CAT activity in rat liver, reduce the production of MDA.
