摘要
分别将两种工艺制备的超细碳化钨粉末制备成成分为WC+0.2%VC+0.6%Cr_3C_2+6.5%Co的混合料,测量两种混合料压坯在烧结过程中的收缩率的变化,并比较烧结后的四项性能和金相组织。研究结果表明,两种工艺制备的超细碳化钨粉末混合料表现出不同的烧结特性:1#碳化钨混合料收缩率为17.52%,收缩时间较短;2#碳化钨混合料的收缩率为18.25%,收缩时间较长。1#碳化钨混合料由于WC结晶完整、活性小,在湿磨过程中增氧较少,钴磁较高,烧结后合金的金相组织均匀,没有粗大晶粒;反之2#碳化钨混合料烧结后钴磁较低,合金的金相组织有粗大晶粒。
The powder mixtures of WC+0.2%VC+0.6%CrzC2+6.5%Co were prepared by using the uhrafine WC powder produced by a novel process (numbered 1# WC) and the ultrafine WC powder produced by traditional process (numbered 2# WC), respectively. The shrinkage rate during sintering of the green compacts pressed by the powder mixtures was measured. The properties and microstructure of sintered cemented carbide were compared. The results show that the ultrafine WC powder mixtures prepared by the two kinds of processes present different sintering properties. The shrinkage of the cemented carbide prepared by 1# WC powder is 17.52%, and the shrinkage time is longer;, the shrinkage of the cemented carbide prepared by 2# WC powder is 18.25%, the shrinkage time is shorter. The cemented carbide prepared by 1# WC powder has homogeneous microstructure, higher cobalt magnetism and without coarse grain due to the integrity and lower activity of WC crystalline, which results in the oxygen content increasing less during wet grinding; whereas the cemented carbide prepared by 2# WC powder has lower cobalt magnetism and some coarse grains.
