摘要
目的探讨正电子发射计算机断层显像(PET-CT)在恶性肿瘤诊治中的作用,以期选择最佳方法提高治疗水平。方法选取2011年2月至2014年1月50例恶性肿瘤患者,均行常规影像学检查及PET-CT检查,原发灶则进行病理组织学确诊,转移灶诊断则结合影像学和组织病理学检查而定,行PET-CT融合图像,CT图像对比进行分析。结果 PET-CT无转移率、转移率、未发现病灶率均优于常规检查(P<0.05);PET-CT示淋巴转移数49个,其他转移病灶32个,均较常规检查多(P<0.05)。PET-CT检查后仍采用原方案的占48%;PET-CT融合图像能显示肿瘤大小、边界和周围组织结构关系,为外科手术提供切除范围。临床随访效果满意,仅1例肺癌肺门淋巴结和PET-CT结果不一致。结论 PET-CT可提高恶性肿瘤在分期和诊断方面的准确性,为治疗方案提供了有效保障。
Objective To investigate the role of PET- CT in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer in order to choose the best way to improve the therapeutic level. Methods 50 cases of cancer patients from February 2011 to January 2014 were chosen. All patients un- derwent PET- CT examination; the primary tumor was treated with histopathological diagnosis; metastases diagnosis was a combination of diagnostic imaging and histopathology; the line PET- CT fusion image, CT image contrast analysis were conducted. Results The results of PET- CT in tumor metastasis judgment, number of lesions, the transfer rate were better than those of the routine examination( P 〈 0. 05). PET- CT showed the number of lymph node metastasis was 49, other metastatic lesions 32, which were more compared with rou- tine examination( P 〈 0.05). Those who continued to use the original program after PET- CT examination accounted for 48%; PET- CT fusion images showed the relationship between the structure of the tumor size, boundaries and the surrounding tissue, providing a range of surgical resection. Clinical follow- up results were satisfactory, with only 1 case of lung cancer showing hilar lymph nodes inconsistent with the PET- CT results. Conclusion PET- CT can improve the accuracy of cancer staging and diagnosis for treatment programs to provide effective protection.
