摘要
采用添加外源有效态Cd的土壤盆栽试验方法,研究稀土微肥对烟草生长发育及Cd吸收的阻止效应。结果表明:Cd胁迫抑制烟草的生长发育,降低N、P、K、Ca、Mg、Zn的吸收,促进Cu的吸收。施用稀土微肥0.4 g/kg土(相当于900 kg/hm^2),可缓解Cd胁迫对烟草生长发育及养分吸收的抑制作用,降低烟叶Cd含量,当Cd添加浓度为1.2 mg/kg时,中下部烟叶Cd含量较未施用稀土微肥处理降低19.7%。供试土壤条件下(未添加Cd),施用稀土微肥0.4 g/kg土,降低烟草对Cd、Zn、Cu的吸收,促进烟草对K的吸收,上部烟叶和中下部烟叶Cd含量分别较对照降低23.4%和7.84%,K含量提高14.1%和9.51%。Cd在烟草中的分布规律为中下部叶>上部叶>烟秆。
A pot experiment was conducted to study the effect of ree fertilizer on growth and development oftobacco and its preventive effect on Cd uptake by adding exogenous Cd to soil. The results showed that Cdstress inhibited the growth and development of tobacco, decreased the uptake of nitrogen, phosphorus,potassium, calcium, magnesium and zinc, but promoted the uptake of copper. When the application amount ofree fertilizer was 0.4 g per kilogram soil(900 kg/hm2), the inhibition effect of Cd stress on the growth anddevelopment and nutrient absorption of tobacco were relieved, and Cd concentration in tobacco leavesdecreased. When the Cd added concentration was 1.2 mg/kg, Cd concentration in middle- lower leavesdecreased by 19.7% compared with that of CK. When the application amount of ree fertilizer was 0.4 g perkilogram soil(without adding exogenous Cd), the uptake of cadmium, zinc and copper decreased and theuptake of potassium increased, the contents of Cd in the upper and middle-lower leaves decreased by 23.4%and 7.84%, respectively, but the contents of potassium increased by 14.1% and 9.51%, respectively, comparedwith that of CK. The distribution of Cd in tobacco was middle-lower leaves〉upper leaves〉stalk.
