摘要
传递损失是消声器的固有特性,是评判消声器消声性能的重要因素。分别采用传递矩阵法,有限元法和实验分析法对扩张腔消声器传递损失进行研究。应用传递矩阵法对扩张腔消声器的传递损失进行了理论计算;应用COMSOL软件对扩张腔消声器进行了有限元仿真分析,并根据管道中声压的分布情况,说明扩张腔消声器的扩张腔体长度直接影响消声器的消声频率的大小。将实验测试得到的传递损失与理论计算的传递损失进行了比较分析,结果表明,有限元分析结果更接近实际结果,传递矩阵法仅仅适用于低频段噪声的消声研究中。
Transmission loss of muffler is its intrinsic characteristics.It is an important factor in judging silencer muffler performance.The transfer matrix method, the finite element analysis and test study were used to calculate the transmission loss of expansion muffler.Transfer matrix method was applied to the theoretical calculation of the transmission loss of expansion muffler. The finite element analysis done by comsol software.According to the distribution of sound pressure in the pipeline, explain that the length of expansion cavity affect the frequency of muffler directly.Compared the transmission loss of experimental tested with theoretical calculated, the results of finite element analysis are closer to the actually results.The transfer matrix method is only suitable for low frequency noise.
