摘要
针对目前锤式破碎机使用整体式锤头所存在的材料浪费严重的缺点,设计了一种可以提高材料利用率的组合式锤头,介绍了组合式锤头的结构特点,推导了构成组合式锤头各个几何体的质量和转动惯量计算公式,给出了碰撞中心的计算公式。
Referring to the serious material waste brought about by monolithic the hammer head of current hammer crushers, a combined hammer head is to be designed, which can improve the material utilization.The article introduces the structure of combined hammer head and deduces the computational formulas about the quality and moment of inertia of each geometry on combined hammer head , and proposes the computational formulas for collision center as well.
