超声引导下老年病人股神经阻滞麻醉护理流程的研究 被引量：9

摘要 [目的]探讨护士在超声引导下老年人股神经阻滞麻醉中的重要性。[方法]回顾性分析护士参与的26例超声引导下老年人股神经阻滞病人的麻醉护理配合,并与20例护士未参与配合的20例进行比较,观察麻醉操作时间及病人的反应,总结麻醉配合的护理要点。[结果]在护士正确的护理配合下,全部病人均顺利完成神经阻滞,未出现与护理相关的意外和并发症。同时,超声引导下神经阻滞操作时间缩短(P<0.05),得到病人、麻醉医生和外科医生的好评。[结论]手术室护士熟悉和掌握设备的应用,了解麻醉相关事宜,积极主动地完成麻醉配合,可以提高麻醉质量和效率,提高病人、麻醉医生和手术医生的满意度。
