摘要
建立凝胶渗透色谱测定双酚A型环氧树脂分子量及其分布的方法。选用PLgel色谱柱,三根粒径分别是100?,500?,104?的色谱柱串联,以四氢呋喃为流动相,进样量20μL,经研究,最终0.9 m L/min为流速,柱温27.5℃,检测器温度35.0℃进行分离。用窄标校正法建立标准曲线。可对目前大部分双酚A型环氧树脂(平均重均相对分子量在300~50000)进行检测。结果表明,该方法准确,可靠,重现性好的特点。对双酚A型环氧树脂尤其是固态高分子环氧树脂生产过程中的分子量精确控制提供了有效的监测途径,对树脂的品质控制具有极其重要的意义。
A method has been developed for the determination of average molecule weight and its distribution of bisphenol A epoxy resin. Three plgel chromatographic column, connection in series, particle size: 100?, 500 ?, 104 ?, tetrahydrofuran as the mobile phase, sample volume 20μL was used in these method. After experiment, flow velocity 0.9m L/min, column temperature 27.5℃, detector temperature 35.0 ℃, narrow standard calibration method were determine in these research. Most of bisphenol A type epoxy resin(average molecular weight of 300~50000) can be detected using these method. The results showed that the method was accurate, reliable and reproducible. It is very important for the quality control of bisphenol A type epoxy resin, especial for the solid type.
