摘要
文章首先对杭州历史建筑的营造方式和类型进行分析和概括,然后从主体结构、墙体、屋面、楼梯、材料等具体构造出发,分别对传统木构建筑的营造技术特征、近代砖木结构建筑的营造技术特征、近现代砖混、钢混建筑的营造技术特征进行详细阐述,为系统研究江南地区近现代历史建筑营造技术特征提供案例和素材。通过分析发现,杭城近现代历史建筑所采用的营造方式、建筑材料和风格,与其使用功能、时代背景、文化影响具有密切的联系,并在江浙沪地区具有一定的独特性和代表性。
This paper firstly analyzed and summarized construction mode and type of Hangzhou＇s historical architectures, and then respectively elaborated the features of construction technologies of traditional timber architectures, the features of construction technologies of modem brick-timber architectures and that of modem and contemporary brick-concrete and steel-concrete architectures from detailed structures of main body, walls, roofs, stairs and materials so as to provide cases and materials for systematically studying the features of construction technologies of modem and contemporary historical architectures in regions south of the Yangtze River. After analyzing, it found that the construction modes, building materials and styles of modem and contemporary historical architectures in Hangzhou are closely associated with their functions of use, historical background and cultural influences and they are unique and representative to some extent in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai regions.
