摘要
轴系安装工艺参数与轴系振动特性相关性规律研究具有重要的工程应用价值。以典型舰船轴系为研究对象,通过有限元法分析轴系纵向、横向振动模态,开展轴系在典型工况螺旋桨叶频激励下的振动响应分析。在此基础上,定性分析轴系校中工艺参数对轴系振动特性的影响规律。结果表明:轴系横向振动加速度级明显大于纵向振动加速度级幅值,横向振动位移呈现出从尾至首的递减规律,现行的轴系直线校中验收指标已较为严格,轴系法兰、离合器的偏移曲折对轴系振动特性影响十分有限。
Taken typical hull shafting system as investigated subject, the longitudinal and transverse model analysis of shafting is carried out through FEM. Furthermore, the vibration characteristics under navigation propeller motivation are analyzed. On this base, the influences of shafting on shafting vibration characteristics are researched. The result shows that the alignment parameters transverse vibration acceleration level of typical shafting operating mode is much higher than longitudinal vibration acceleration level. The transverse vibration displacements exhibit diminishing law from the stern to the bow. The current acceptance index of shafting alignment is relatively strict. The deviation and meandering oi shaft flange and clutch are very limited.
