摘要
脑卒中是慢性心力衰竭最主要的并发症之一.慢性心力衰竭患者罹患脑卒中的风险是非慢性心力衰竭患者的2～3倍.2009年统计结果表明,美国1/9的脑卒中与心力衰竭相关.尽管心力衰竭后脑卒中现在还没有得到广泛的认识,但心力衰竭导致的脑血管疾病已经得到相应的重视.本文对心力衰竭后脑卒中的机制、危险因素以及预防进行综述.
Cerebral stroke is one of the most important complication of chronic heart failure.The risk of stroke in patients with chronic heart failure is twice folded or higher than those who have not complicated with it.It is showed that 1/9 patients suffered from stroke are related to heart failure in 2009.Although not being well recognized yet,more attentions has been paid on cerebrovascular disease caused by heart failure.This article summarized the mechanism,risk factors and prevention of stroke after heart failure.
