摘要
"精准医学"是微创外科技术发展的更高要求,3D腹腔镜能够为外科医师提供更真实的三维立体手术视野和更准确的空间定位,在腹腔镜手术较为困难的胃癌根治术领域中具有一定的优势。3D腹腔镜胃癌根治术的基本手术技术与2D腹腔镜相似,但是术者必须熟练掌握3D腹腔镜设备的操控和使用。其三维立体视觉有利于胃周围血管、组织等解剖结构的立体辨识,帮助术者更准确地进行分离、缝合等操作,降低手术难度,缩短腹腔镜胃癌根治术初学者的学习曲线。
The principles of precise medicine are based on the development of minimally invasive surgery. Three-dimensional (3D) imaging system provides stereoscopic visions and more accurate spatial orientation for surgeons. The basic surgical skills for 3D laparoseopic radical gastrectomy are similar to those for 2D laparoseopic surgery; however surgeons could use skillfully the 3D laparoscopie equipments. The three-dimensional vision is helpful to identify blood vessels and tissues around the stomach, ensure more accurate operation such as dissection and suturing, and reduce difficult operation. The 3D laparoscopic radical gastrectomy might shorten the learning curve for inferior surgeons.
