摘要
目的建立同时测定三黄烧伤膏中薄荷脑、水杨酸甲酯、龙脑含量的方法。方法以PEG-20M为固定相的毛细管色谱柱(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25μm)进行测定,以萘为内标,N_2为载气,分流进样(分流比10:1),程序升温,进样口温度240℃,检测器温度250℃。结果建立了同时测定三黄烧伤膏中薄荷脑、水杨酸甲酯、龙脑3个主要成分的方法,各成分在线性范围内线性关系良好。结论本方法灵敏,准确,重复性好,可用于该三黄烧伤膏的质量检测和控制。
Objective To determine menthol, methyl salicylate, and borneol in Sanhuang Shaoshang ointment by gas chromatography （GC）. Methods The capillary column PEG-20M （30 m×0.32 mm,0.25μm） was used. Naphthalene was used as the internal standard. The split ratio was 10 ： 1 with temperature programme. The injector temperature was 240℃ and the detector temperature was 250℃. Results The GC method for deter- mination of menthol, methyl salicylate and borneol in Sanhuang Shaoshang ointment. The composition of each component had a good linearity. Conclusion The method is high sensitivity, accurate and repeatable. It can be used to control the standard of Sanhuang Shaoshang ointment.
