摘要
考察2000-2014年福建省蔬菜价格波动特征,认为供给与需求、生产及流通成本、信息不对称、政府政策及经济周期性、天气因素是造成福建省蔬菜价格波动幅度较大的原因。因此,建议从抓好蔬菜生产和需求管理、加快发展现代物流、提高菜农组织化程度、采取多种调控手段相结合的方式来稳定蔬菜价格。
On the basis of investigations on the vegetable price fluctuations between 2000 and 2014 in Fujian Province, this paper tries to analyze the reasons for the fluctuations in such aspects as supply and demand, cost of production and circulation, information asymmetry, government policy and economic cycles and weather factors. Thus, the authors suggest that special attention to the vegetables production and demand management should be paid, development of modern logistics should be sped up, degree of farmer organization should be improved as well as control means to stabilize prices of vegetables should be adopted.
