摘要
作为一种重要的机械系统,液压传动系统具有极其广泛的应用。它适应能力强,且具有运行费用投入少、控制性能强的特点。但是,在实际运作的过程中,它受多方面因素影响,经常会出现一些故障,严重影响系统的整体运行效率。本研究主要阐述液压传动系统运作原理,并对一些常见系统故障问题和相应的处理对策进行研究,最后总结具有针对性的维护和保养策略,以期更好地发挥液压传动系统的效用,延长机械液压传动系统的使用寿命。
As an important mechanical system, hydraulic drive system has an extremely wide range of applications, ability to adapt, and has operating costs less investment, control and strong performance characteristics, but in the actual operation of the process, affected by many factors, often there will be some failures, which seriously affect the overall efficiency of the system. This study describes the principle of operation of the hydraulic drive system, and some of the common problems and system failures corresponding treatment measures were studied, concluded the targeted maintenance and repair strategies to better play the utility hydraulic system, extend mechanical hydraulic drive system life.
