机床主轴径向跳动测量方法的改进设计 被引量:1

摘要 为了解决现有主轴径向跳动测量方法中数据量少、无法提供可视化图形分析的难题,本研究采用杠杆、转轴以及齿轮等传动机构来改变可变电阻输出值,将微小机械量位移转换成微弱电信号,然后通过信号转换、数据采集和触摸屏等环节组成数值处理系统。计算和图形分析显示,采用特殊工艺制作的可变电阻输出值与线性机械位移量之间可以呈现严格的对应关系,绘制出光滑的图形曲线,从而更有效地指导技术工人进行调试工作。研究结果表明,采用精密电阻作为微小机械偏移量传感器,在信息处理方面比传统测量方式具有更好的应用前景。 In order to solve the existing main shaft radial runout measurement method of the data quantity is little and can't provide the problem of visual graphics analysis, this study adopts the lever, shaft, and gear transmission mechanism to change the variable resistance output value, converting displacement tiny mechanical quantity into a weak electrical signals, then through the signal conversion, data acquisition and touch screen of numerical processing system. Calculation and graphic analysis showed that the use of special craft of variable resistance between output value and linear mechanical displacement can be strict corresponding relation, which can draw the pattern of the smooth curve, aims to more effectively guide the technical workers for debugging. The research results show that using precise resistance as tiny mechanical displacement sensor in the aspect of information processing than traditional measurement method has better application prospect.
