摘要
为了解决煤液化重质产物用于锅炉燃烧时经济效益低、污染严重的问题,根据煤液化重质产物与石油沥青成分相似的特点,针对煤液化重质产物改性沥青性能及混合料路用性能开展试验研究,通过改变制备参数对改性沥青性能进行了测试,研究了改性沥青制备工艺路线、温度、掺量等因素对改性沥青性能的影响.然后,针对煤液化重质产物改性沥青混合料的高温稳定性能、低温抗裂性能及水稳定性能等路用性能展开试验.结果表明:改性沥青采用机械剪切方式,剪切速率3 000 r/min,剪切时间30 min,剪切温度120℃,煤液化重质产物与石油沥青质量比为7∶93,拌合温度为125℃时,制备的AC-20混合料路用性能可满足JTG F40-2004《公路沥青路面施工技术规范》中相关要求,且与石油沥青混合料和温拌沥青混合料相比,具有低能耗、低成本等优点.
In order to solve the problem of low economic efficiency and serious pollution when the coal liquefaction heavy product is used for boiler combustion, according to the similar characteristics of coal liquefaction heavy products and asphalt composition, the performance of coal liquefaction heavy products modified asphalt and the mixture were studied in this paper. The performance of the modified asphalt was tested by changing the preparation parameters, the influence factors on the performance of coal liquefaction heavy products modified asphalt such as preparation process, preparation temperature, and coal liquefaction heavy products content were studied. Then the high temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance and water stability of the performance of coal liquefaction heavy products modified asphalt mixture were tested. The results show that the modified asphalt by mechanical shear of 3 000 r/min shear rate, shear time 30min, temperature 120℃, coal liquefaction heavy products:asphalt=7:93 , mixing temperature is 125 ℃, the performance of AC-20 mixture can meet the JTG F40-2004"Specification for construction of highway asphalt pavement" in the relevant requirements, and compared with asphalt mixture and warm asphalt mixture, it has low energy consumption and low cost benefits.
