摘要
煤气化工艺比选优化工作一定要慎重结合煤质分析及试烧数据进行对标和匹配,结合反应器结构的选择和工艺参数的要求,同时借助化学反应及热力学基本定律等所提供的计算模型进行定量分析,在此基础上优选出适合当地煤种的气化工艺。本文对煤气化工艺比选优化的要素进行了描述,就如何获取和评价这些要素提出了比选的思路和步骤。
The comparison,selection and optimization work of coal gasification processes must be cautiously combined with coal quality analysis and trial firing data for benchmarking and matching,together with selection of gasifier structure types and process parameters,in the meantime,quantitative analysis shall be done with the calculation model from the chemical reactions and thermodynamic fundamental laws etc.,on these basis,a gasification process is selected out for specific local coal. This paper depicts the factors for comparison,selection and optimization of coal gasification processes and presents the ideas and steps for how to obtain and assess these factors.
