中心静脉导管留置时间与管腔内血栓形成相关性分析 被引量:17

摘要 临床使用带涤纶套中心静脉导管进行血液透析易发生感染、血栓、导管内口纤维蛋白鞘形成、移位脱出等并发症,影响了患者的治疗,也成为血液透析护理的难点.其中导管的血栓形成是常见的、严重的并发症之-,发生率高达25%[1].血栓形成可能影响透析的充分性,甚至引起导管失功.为此,我院血液透析室自2013年1月开始对采用带涤纶套中心静脉导管维持血液透析治疗的患者,从首次使用该导管开始,连续12个月观察记录每次血液透析导管管腔内血栓发生情况,并按不同留置时间段分别进行统计对比,以了解不同留置时间导管管腔内血栓形成情况,为预防措施的介入时机提供理论依据.现报告如下.
