摘要 以深圳市城中村为例,采用失效模式和影响分析(FMEA)法进行风险分析。将燃气管道分割成具有不同特性的单元,识别出失效模式,通过失效严酷度、失效频度、失效可探测度,计算风险优先数,依据风险可接受的准则和风险范围,确定各失效模式的风险等级和优先次序,进而确定燃气管道运行中的风险控制重点。分析高风险点产生的原因,提出风险控制措施。 Taking an urban village in Shenzhen City as an example, the failure mode and effects analy- sis (FMEA) method is used to analyze risk of the gas pipeline in the area. The gas pipelines in this area are divided into some units with different characteristics, and the potential failure modes are identified. The risk priority number is calculated by the failure severity, failure frequency and failure detection degree. Risk levels and priorities of potential failure modes of the system are determined based on the acceptable criteria and range of risk. So the risk control points during gas pipeline operation can be determined. The reasons for generating high risk points are analyzed, and the risk control measures are proposed.
