矿井回采生产的各个工序,必须采取有效的采煤安全技术措施、工作面支护安全技术措施、回柱放顶时的安全技术措施。井下回采人员必须树立安全理念,落实《煤矿安全规程》规定和岗位责任制度,工作面必须按作业规程的规定及时支护,从而确保采煤生产的绝对安全,实现采煤生产的安全高效。
According to each step of mine backstoping, it must take effective technical measures, face timbering measures, and prop pulling caving measure. Personnel in the pit must establish security concept, make implementation of the Coal Mine Safety Regulations provisions and post responsibility system, working face should be timely support according to operating procedures to ensure the absolute safety of coal production, so as to achieve safe and efficient production.
