摘要
分布式可再生能源将能源的生产和消费结合在一起,直接向用户供能,剩余电能通过智能微网并入电网。分布式可再生能源系统便于实现冷、热、电等多种能源的互补利用,满足用户的多种能源需求,提高能源利用效率。未来二三十年,将是我国能源生产消费方式和能源结构调整变革的关键时期。文章着重讨论了分布式可再生能源和智能微网在能源结构调整和转变中的意义、作用和发展潜力;分析其技术发展状况和未来新技术发展的前景;探讨分布式可再生能源和智能微网技术与产业未来的发展模式、发展路线图以及对社会发展的影响;并结合目前存在的问题分析有利于发展分布式可再生能源的政策与保障措施,提出若干发展建议。
Energy is the foundation for human existence, life, and social civilization. Each revolution of energy technology promotes and marks the progress in human survival and development way and the social civilization. The next twenty or thirty years will be the key period of changes for energy production and consumption patterns and energy structure adjustment. People will be committed to building a sustainable energy system with a low carbon, high efficiency and intelligence, and diverse sharing. Human beings are gradually transiting to the green low- carbon and sustainable energy era focusing on renewable energy. The utilization of renewable energy is made in two ways, concentrated and distributed. In the centralized way, a large-scale renewable energy production base is constructed in a region with rich resources, and by relying on the long-distance energy network, it is transmitted to the load center. In the distributed way, the renewable energy system is constructed in the vicinity of the user, the primary energy is mainly based on renewable energy, the secondary energy is mainly based on the trigeneration distributed at the user, and electric power, heating power, and cooling combine with energy storage technology to meet the needs of users and to achieve energy cascade utilization. The development of distributed renewable energy is an important part of the energy revolution, which has an important strategic significance for promoting the transformation of China's energy structure, and protecting the energy independence and security. It will promote the development of new industries worth of trillion yuan, and facilitate the adjustment of industrial structure Distributed renewable energy is conducive to promoting the development of urban and rural new energy system, and advancing the new urbanization and new rural construction; it is conducive to improving the quality of the atmosphere, protecting and recovering the ecological environment.
