摘要
按GB/T 25206《复合夹芯板建筑体燃烧性能试验》系列标准,设计并建造了彩钢复合夹芯板建筑体燃烧试验装置。针对岩棉、聚氨酯硬泡和聚苯乙烯泡沫作为芯材的彩钢复合夹芯板建筑体展开了大室法和小室法火灾蔓延特性研究,获得不同彩钢复合夹芯板的燃烧性能参数和建筑体的火灾蔓延特性参数。结果表明,B1级和B2级聚氨酯芯材彩钢复合夹芯板在火灾中通常能较好地维持结构稳定性,且未出现明显安全隐患。
The combustion test apparatus of color steel plate surfuce sandwich board building were designed and built according to GB/T 25206 Composite Sandwich Board Building Combustion Performance Test series stand- ard. The big chamber method and small room method fire spread characteristic research were conducted with rock wool, rigid polyurethane and polystyrene foam as the core material of the sandwich plate. The results showed that the flame retardancy levels B1 and B2 polyurethane core color steel plate surfuce sandwich p!ate usually could maintain the structural stability in the fire, and none of them had a significant safety problem.
