摘要
文章总结了全国著名中医肿瘤专家刘嘉湘教授治疗宫颈癌的临床经验。他认为宫颈癌以正气亏虚,肝肾不足为发病之本,湿、毒、瘀为发病之标。治疗上主张辨证为主,辅以辨病;扶正为主,肝肾为先;速消"徵积",求功"刀圭";抗癌祛邪,复其正气。
This paper introduced the clinical experience of professor LIU Jia-xiang in the treatment of cervical carcinoma,who was a well-known TCM expert in the field of cancer.The critical causes of the disease,he proposed,were the deficiency of vital qi and the deficiency of liver and kidney,and the main pathologic factors were dampness and toxins as well as blood stagnation.According to the diagnosis of the disease,he pointed up that the treatment should be based on syndrome differentiation,supplementing with disease differentiation.With regard to the cause of the disease,he posed that the vital qi of the body should be always boosted,and the deficiency of liver and kidney should be primarily cared.Additionally,to remove the tumor quickly,a surgical operation should be applied in the treatment.Meanwhile,properly using anti-cancer drugs could facilitate the recovery of the vital qi.
