摘要
通过378份样本数据,验证科研组织智力资本三要素的正相关关系,同时发现,在科研组织中,结构资本比社会资本的作用更加显著,且组织文化是结构资本中最关键的驱动要素;不同类型的人力资本,其创新驱动要素的作用存在显著差异。
This paper takes 378 samples from national research institutes in China,to find out that the positive relationship between the three elements of intellectual capital is also proved existing in research organizations. Meanwhile,structural capital has much more significant effect than social capital on human capital,and the organizational culture is the most critical element in structural capital. As far as different human capital is concerned,structural capital and social capital take different effect into it. The findings may help research organizations to take classification management system,to improve the organizational efficiency and innovation vigor.
