摘要
目的初步评价汉口江滩血吸虫病防治综合整治后的灭螺效果。方法采用工程灭螺结合药物灭螺对江滩进行综合整治,比较整治前后的有螺面积、活螺平均密度等螺情监测指标的变化。结果项目工程灭螺面积30.55万m^2,药物灭螺累计面积132.43万m^2。灭螺后滩面有螺面积、有螺框出现率、活螺平均密度较去年同期分别下降了98.40%、92.08%和94.43%,未发现感染性钉螺。结论江滩综合整治后,钉螺滋生环境得到彻底改变,初步评价灭螺效果较好,但仍需对既往有螺环境持续监测以巩固灭螺效果。
Objective To preliminarily evaluate the effect of the comprehensive control of schistosomiasis in Hankou Marshland.Methods Comprehensively control schistosomiasis in Hankou Marshland was the combination of mollusciding and engineering modification. The change of the monitoring indexes before and after the implementation of the project were compared,such as snail area,average live snail density etc. Results In the program,the scale of engineering modification method was 305 500 square meters,and the scale of mollusciciding was 1 324 300 square meters. Compared with the corresponding period in the past year,the snail land,the rate with snails in frame,and the mean density of live snail declined 98. 40% 、92. 08%,94. 43%,respectively. In addition,no infected snail was found. Conclusion The snail breeding environment in Hankou Marshland has been completely changed after the implementation of the program. The preliminary evaluation of mollusciciding was good. However,constant monitoring and comprehensive prevention should be performed in snail polluted area to consolidate the snail control effect.
