摘要
过程FMEA(简称PFMEA)是生产过程中重要的可靠性分析方法,它从工艺角度发现产品的缺陷和薄弱环节,并采取有效的补偿和改进措施,为提高产品加工生产的可靠性提供可行性依据。该文通过建立壳体蒸汽发蓝的PFMEA模型、开展PFMEA分析并采取相应措施的方法,可以提高壳体蒸汽发蓝质量、降低生产成本、缩短生产周期,提高工艺的可靠性。
PFMEA is an important analytical method of reliability in production,which founds product's defects and weak links from technological angle,takes effective compensation and improvement measures,and provides feasible bases for the reliability of manufactured goods.this paper could improve the quality of barffing processing of shell,reduce production cost,short the production cycle through the way of setting up PFMEA model of barffing processing of shell,analysing PFMEA and taking corresponding measures.
