摘要
目的探讨将护理风险管理应用于急诊患者安全管理中的效果。方法选择2013年10月~2014年12月我院急诊科收治的300例急诊患者随机平分为对照组、观察组各150例,对照组给予急诊科常规监护,观察组在对照组的基础上给予护理风险管理。结果观察组护理缺陷发生率低于对照组,护理满意率、救物品完好率等高于对照（P〈0.05）。结论实施护理风险管理可有效提高急诊科监护效果。
Objective Discuss the effect of risk management applied in emergency patient care and safety management. Methods From October 2013 to December 2014, 300 cases of emergency patients in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 150 cases in each group, the control group received routine care in emergency department, observation group received risk management, and care benefits in two groups were compared. Results Nursing defect in observation group was significantly lower than the control group, nursing satisfaction, rates and other items were significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing risk management can improve the effect of emergency department care.
