摘要
目的:总结中药鉴别以及质量控制中近红外光谱的应用价值。方法:利用常用的模型建立化学计量学法,对近红色外光谱应用在中药的鉴别、质量控制领域中实际效果及意义。结果:研究结果发现,采用近红外光谱对中药进行鉴别能够发挥对药材产地进行区分、对假药进行识别、进行在线检测的具体作用,而且近红外光谱鉴别方法还具有高效、准确、不会对样品造成损伤、绿色环保、快速等特点,可以使中药的鉴别质量得到有效控制。结论:目前,近红光谱在中药的鉴别、质量控制等工作申应用越来越广泛,而且该方法的应用可以使中药鉴别的准确性得到提升,给中药研究、从事光谱的工作人员提供一些有利条件。
Objective: To summarize the traditional Chinese medicine identification, and the application of near infrared spectroscopy in the quality control value. Methods: Using the common model of chemical measurement method, with nearly red spectrum used in the identification and quality control of Chinese traditional medicine in the field of practical effect and significance. Results : the results showed that the identification of the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) by near infrared spectrum can play to distinguish between medicinal origin, on - line detection of counterfeit drags, which can identify the specific role, and near infrared spectral identification method also has high efficiency, accurate and will not cause damage to the sample, the green environmental protection, fast and other characteristics, can make the identification of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) to effectively control the quality. Conclusions: at present, near red spectra in the identification of Chinese traditional medicine, more and more widely applied in the quality control work, and the application of this method can make the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) to identify the accuracy of the improved, for Chinese medicine research, engaged in the personnel of the spectrum provides some favorable conditions.
