摘要
国家电网公司自2011年开始实施特高压电网工程属地化建设管理,目前在特高压交流、直流电网工程中已全面应用"总部统筹管理、省公司建设管理、专业公司技术支撑"模式。本文结合湖北规划的特高压电网工程建设规模,提出了在"大建设"体系下进一步加强特高压电网工程建设管理的主要思路和措施,为做好后续特高压电网工程属地化建设管理工作提供参考。
The State Grid Corporation of China has started localization construction management for UHV power grid projects,now the＂overall management of headquarters,construction management of provincial companies,technical support of professional companies＂model has been widely applied in UHV DC and AC power grid projects.Considering the planned construction scale of UHV power grid projects in Hubei province,the main ideas and measures for enhancing construction management are put forward,which provides reference for subsequent localization construction management for UHV power grid projects.
