摘要
多联络复杂网架重构是配电网规划和运行研究的重要内容,为使配网重构工作更加实用有效,提出一种基于有功功率分点的优化重构方法。考虑不同类型负荷随时间变化特点,采用改进的牛顿-拉夫逊法计算配网合环潮流,寻找环网功率方向的转折点,得出网络重构优选方案,开关动作次数少、线路损耗低、电压质量高。通过建立赣州章江新区配电网若干条10 k V线路模型进行运行仿真,比较网损和电压水平,验证了该方法的实用价值。
The reconfiguration of multiple contact complex networks is an important content of distribution network planning and power network operation. In order to make the work of distribution network reconfiguration more practical and effective,an optimization reconfiguration method based on active power point was proposed. Considering different types of loads changing with time,distribution network power flow was calculated by using improved Newton-Raphson method,finds a turning point in the closed loop power flow was found,the optimization method was selected that less switch action,low line loss and high voltage quality. A model of 10 k V lines in Ganzhou of Zhangjiang distribution networks is established. Comparing the net loss and voltage level,the pragmatic value of the proposed method are validated.
