摘要 本文主要对激光熔覆耐蚀强化技术在液压支架上的应用进行研究。首先阐述了液压支架的工况条件以及强化工艺,然后介绍了激光熔覆技术,并对液压支架立柱活塞杆的耐蚀强化工艺进行了分析。研究表明:液压支架立柱活塞杆经激光熔覆耐蚀强化后,耐磨性、耐蚀性明显提升。 This paper focuses on the application research of laser cladding corrosion resistant strengthening technology on hydraulic support. First the working conditions of hydraulic support and the strengthening technology were elaborated, and then the laser cladding technology were introduced, and hydraulic support column rod corrosion resistance hardening process were analyzed. Studies have shown that: the hydraulic support column rod strengthening after laser cladding corrosion resistant, wear resistance, corrosion resistance improved significantly.
