线圈架在腹部磁共振检查中的初步应用研究 被引量:2

Effects of application of coil frame on abdominal magnetic resonance image quality

摘要 目的探讨自制线圈架在腹部磁共振(MR)检查应用的可行性。方法选用线圈架(试验组)和不用线圈架(对照组)行体模和15名志愿者下腹部磁共振扫描,测试体模的图像信噪比(SNR)和图像均匀度,下腹部的股直肌与同层面的脂肪组织图像及背景的对比信噪比(CNR)和SNR,及图像均匀度,对比2组图像伪影、SNR和CNR及组织图像信号均匀度。结果使用线圈架所扫描的各序列加权像与对照组比较无额外伪影,2组体模T_1加权像SNR测试值分别为31.7±2.0和31.5±2.6(P>0.05),均匀度为98.0%和97.9%,T_2加权像为277±17和266±19(P>0.05),均匀度为95.1%和95.0%。2组下腹部各序列的均匀度分别为,T_1加权像为57.7%和58.1%,T2FS加权像分别为80.6%和80.7%,LAVA平扫分别为40.4%和40.5%;SNR分别为:T_1加权像(50±10和48±8,P>0.05);T_2FS加权像(24±4和24±4,P>0.05);LAVA平扫(45±5和46±4,P>0.05),差异均无统计学意义。CNR分别为:T_1加权像(66±7和48±8,P>0.05);T_2FS加权像(12±8和10±7,P>0.05);LAVA(20.0±4.2和19.9±2.2,P>0.05)。结论该线圈架对腹部图像的SNR和CNR及均匀度无影响,能减少患者的不舒适感,可提高检查的成功率,对临床腹部MR检查应用是可行的。 Objective To investigate the feasibility of self-made coil frame in abdominal magnetic resonance(MR)examination application. Methods Prospective use coil frame(experimental group) and without the coil frame(control group)for phantom and 15 cases of abdominal MR scanning,image Signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)test phantom(SNR)and image uniformity,contrast to noise ratio of adipose tissue image and background abdominal rectus femoris and the same level the(CNR)and SNR,and image uniformity,image artifacts,compare the two groups of SNR and CNR and tissue image signal uniformity. Results The sequence weighted by scanning using a coil frame as compared with the control group without additional artifacts,two groups of phantom T1 weighted SNR test values were 31.7±2.0 and 31.5±2.6(P〉0.05),evenness index was 98.0% and 97.9%,T2 weighted images were 277 ±17 and 266 ±19(P〉0.05),evenness index was 95.1% and 95.0%. The uniformity of the sequence of the two group of the lower abdomen were showed as follows,T1 weighted images were 57.7% and 58.1%,T2 and FS weighted images were 80.6% and 80.7%,LAVA scan were 40.4% and 40.5% respectively;SNR:T1 weighted images(50±10 vs 48±8,P〉0.05);T2FS weighted image(24±4vs 24 ±4,P〉0.05);LAVA scan(45 ±5 vs 46 ±4,P〉0.05),there was no statistical difference. CNR were showed as fouows:T1 weighted images(66±7 vs 48±8,P〉0.05);T2FS weighted image(12±8 vs 10±7,P〉0.05);LAVA(20.0±4.2vs 19.9±2.2,P〉0.05). Conclusion The coil rack of abdomen image SNR and CNR and the uniformity is of no effect,can reduce patient discomfort,can improve the success rate of inspection,which is feasible in clinical application of abdominal MR examination.
