摘要
通过对汽车座椅的结构、开发工作内容、开发周期和开发费用构成的简单介绍,指出了座椅的制造工艺方案在很大程度上影响了座椅开发周期的长短和开发费用的高低。对3种座椅制造工艺方案的工艺方法、工装寿命、工装费用及工装制造周期进行了详细介绍,并结合座椅的预期产量和用途,对汽车座椅的制造工艺方案选择原则进行了研究。
Through introducing the structure, the development content, the development cycle and the development cost of automobile seat, point out that the manufacturing technological plan of the seat has a great influence on the development period and the development cost of the seat. Introduce the technological method, the tooling service life, the tooling cost and the manufacturing cycle of the three kinds of seat manufacturing technological plan. Discuss the selection principle of the manufacturing process scheme of the automobile seat with the expected output and the use of the seat.
