摘要
介绍了一种新型的用于切管机的刀具保护装置,着重阐述新型设备中喷雾机构、吹气机构及控制触发装置的工作过程和电机的选择方法。所设计的新型设备可更好地保护刀具,其冷却效果好,操作方便,提高了刀具的使用寿命。
A new protective device for pipe cutting machine tool was introduced in this paper,and the working process of spray mechanism,blowing mechanism and trigger control device was emphatically expounded.The new equipment can protect cutting tool better,and has perfect cooling and easy operation,thus improving the service life of tool.
