摘要
目的:为装甲车辆典型强散射源提出隐身材料的应用建议,为装备隐身外形设计及隐身涂料应用提供参考。方法:模拟装甲车辆外形结构,制备典型强散射源构件试样。在微波暗室10 GHz和35 GHz雷达波段下,对涂装吸波涂料前后的试样进行对比测试,分析测试结果。结果:涂装毫米波或厘米波吸波涂料对炮塔和底盘结合部RCS大于-10 d Bsm的角域方向减缩效果明显,平均可达10 d Bsm,而RCS小于-10 d Bsm的角域减缩效果不显著;涂装毫米波吸波涂料对棱边的RCS具有一定的减缩效果,且随着棱边夹角增大,效果越明显,可达20 d Bsm,但涂装厘米波吸波涂料效果不明显;对于首上装甲,采用吸波涂料可将弧形法线方向和次强散射角域的RCS缩减至3 d Bsm以下;对于二面角,涂装吸波涂料对RCS减缩效果不明显。结论:对于炮塔和底盘结合部腔体、车体二面角等部位,隐身处理应以整形为主,对于不能整形的,应涂装厘米/毫米兼容的吸波涂料;对于法向不在威胁角域的棱边面,可不涂装厘米波吸波涂料,但应该涂装毫米波吸波涂料;对于弧形结构等组成复杂的首上部件,需要涂装厘米/毫米兼容的吸波涂料。
Objective To provide application suggestions of stealth materials for the strong scattering sources of the armored vehicle and to provide reference for stealth shape-design and apphcation of stealth coatings for the military equipment are the aims. Methods Typical strong scattering sources samples were prepared by simulating the structure of armored vehicle. The samples with or without wave-absorbing coating materi- als were tested in the microwave anechoic chamber in 10 GHz or 35 GHz angle-domain, and the test results was analyzed. Results Millimeter or centimeter wave-absorbing coating can provide obvious effect for the cavity between the turret and chassis where RCS is bigger than - 10 dBsm, with an average of up to 10 dBsm,but it is not significant for the place where RCS is less than - 10 dBsm;millimeter-wave absorbing coating on the edge surface can reduce RCS, with the edge angle increasing the effect that is more obvious,which is up to 20 dBsm, but the reduction effect of centimeter-wave absorbing is not obvious;for the top parts, wave-absorbing coatings can reduce the RCS of normal direction of the arc parts and the secondly stronger scattering angle domain to less than 3dBsm, for the dihedral angle, RCS reduction effect was not obvious for the wave absorbing coating. Conclusion For the cavity between the turret and chassis, dihedral angle of the vehicle body, shape changing is the main stealth method,if the shape can' t be changed, centimeter/millimeter-wave compatible absorbing coating materials should be painted; For the edge surface whose normal direction isn' t in the threat angle-domain, centimeter-wave absorbing coating materials are not necessary, but millimeter-wave absorbing coating materials should be painted;For the top parts with arc-structures ,centimeter/millimeter-wave compatible absorbing coating materials should be painted.
