摘要
目的分析乳牙慢性根尖周炎患儿行一次根管治疗同期的临床护理路径及效果。方法选取该院口腔科门诊2012年8月—2014年6月收治的84例乳牙慢性根尖周炎患儿作为临床研究对象,采用随机数字分组法均分为对照组和观察组,二组患儿均予以一次性根管治疗术式,为强化临床疗效,观察组患儿于根管治疗同期给予临床综合护理模式,对照组患儿给予常规护理路径,对比二组患儿临床疗效差异。结果经不同护理模式干预后,二组患儿乳牙慢性根尖周炎症状均得到了显著改善,但组间对比可知,观察组患儿临床治疗总有效率达95.23%,显著优于对照组患儿83.33%的治疗总有效率(P<0.05)。且二组患儿预后疼痛情况对比,观察组患儿7.14%的疼痛发生率,相应低于对照组患儿26.19%的疼痛发生率,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对乳牙慢性根尖周炎患儿一次根管治疗同期,定向给予临床综合护理举措,可有效强化手术效果同时,改善患儿预后生活质量,值得临床进一步应用推广。
Objective To analyze baby teeth with chronic apical periarthritis role of a root canal treatment period of clinical nursing path and effect.Methods Totally 84 cases of chronic apical teeth during periarthritis children treated in author＇s hospital from August 2012 to June 2014 were selected as clinical research subjects,The random number grouping were divided into control group and observation group,two groups of children had to be a one-off root canal operation,while the observation group of patients received strengthen clinical comprehensive nursing mode,the control group was given routine nursing path.The clinical curative effect and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups of children.Results After different modes of nursing intervention,two groups of children with chronic periapical inflammation of deciduous teeth were significantly improved,but the contrast between groups,the observation group with clinical total effective rate was 95.23%,significantly better than the control group with 83.33% of the total effective rate（P〈0.05）.And two groups of children with clinical nursing satisfaction,observation group with7.14% of the total satisfaction with nursing care,also was better than that of control group with 26.19% of the corresponding nursing total satisfaction,significant difference between groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusions For the chronic apical periarthritis of children with a root canal treatment,directional giving comprehensive clinical nursing measures,can effectively strengthen the result of the operation,improve clinical nursing satisfaction,and improve the prognosis of children with the quality of life.It is worth popularizing further application.
