基于钢丝绳张力的斗轮堆取料机接地力计算与测量方法

摘要 斗轮堆取料机接地力过大会造成本设备损坏,甚至整机倾覆,目前测量方法主要是采用汽车起重机定期称重的办法,过程复杂,成本高。文中提出一种通过在线测量钢丝绳张力的方式来实时测量斗轮堆取料机接地力的新方法,建立斗轮堆取料机接地力计算模型,利用测力传感器、角度传感器等测量钢丝绳张力,计算得到实时接地力。实际应用表明,该方法测量简单方便,精度高,成本低。 Excessive grounding force of the bucket-wheel stacker / reclaimer will result in equipment damage,even overturning. The main measuring method currently is routine truck crane weighing method,with complicated process and high cost. The paper introduces an on-line measurement method for measuring tension of steel rope and grounding force of the bucket-wheel stacker/reclaimer. The grounding force calculation model is developed to measure the steel rope tension using the load cell and angle transducer and get the real-time grounding force. The actual application shows that the method is of simple measurement,high precision,and low cost.
