水轮机叶片翼型参数化研究概述 被引量:2

摘要 国家大力贯彻"西部大开发"的政策,我国的水电行业保持着快速稳定地发展态势,尤其是进入21世纪以来,取得了长足的发展,这样的态势还将延续很长一段时期。现在的叶片翼型的设计是基于CFD和有限元分析,而其关键核心则是叶片翼型的几何形状。国内外专家学者都对参数化进行了一些研究,国内学者主要还是应用传统的参数化设计方法在叶片的研究上,即将选取优秀的加厚程序应用到参数化的骨线流面上;而国外学者为了更好地控制翼型性能,有了一些对翼型进行整体的参数化研究。在研究水轮机叶片翼型参数化过程中,翼型一般从叶片中截取,而且还应该注意以下问题:1控制点选取;2方法的通用性;3水力特性的比较。因此,作为研究叶片翼型的方法,参数化的方法在优化叶片方面有着其独特的优势,可以为今后水轮机叶片造型优化提供新的思路。 As the implement of West Development strategy ,Chinese hydropower industry tends to develop rapidly and stably .Since the beginning of the 21st century ,it has obtained considerable development ,and the situation will continue for a long period of time . Currently ,the blade airfoil design is based on CFD and finite element analysis .And its core is the geometry of blade airfoils .Experts at home and abroad have conducted research on the parameterization .Parameterization is applied to traditional specific hydraulic de-sign and optimization ,applying a given thickness distribution based on the calculated meridian contour in most domestic researches , while integrated parameterization is applied to control the characteristics aboard .The following issues should be taken into considera-tion while we study the blade airfoil parameterization of hydro-turbine ,such as extracted airfoils ,selection controlled points ,univer-sality of methods and comparisons of the hydraulic characteristics .Thus ,parameterization shows a unique advantage in blade optimi-zation as a method of studying airfoil .Such a method can provide new ideas for future shape construction and optimization of the hydro-turbine blades .
