摘要 在AMESim(Advanced Modeling Environment for Simulation of Engineering Systems)中构建轴向斜盘式压力补偿柱塞泵模型,根据故障注入思想,通过分析柱塞泵内泄漏故障成因,将AMESim中的泄漏子模型BAF02的直径方向间隙作为影响柱塞泵内泄漏的主要参数。通过增大该径向间隙,模拟柱塞泵因磨损而引起的活塞与缸体间隙增大,从而给柱塞泵模型注入内泄漏故障。运行仿真后,得到不同径向间隙值对柱塞泵输出压力和输出流量的影响情况。仿真实验数据可以作为柱塞泵泄漏故障识别的数据源,研究方法为柱塞泵的故障注入探索提供了参考。 A pressure compensated axial swash plate piston pump simulation model was built in AMESim software .According to the fault injection thought ,the radial clearance of AMESim leakage sub model BAF02 was taken as a prime parameter after the analysis of the cause of the pump leakage fault .The leak‐age fault was injected to the pump by enlarging the radial clearance ,which could imitate the increase of clearance caused by abrasion between the piston and cylinder .After the operation of the simulation ,the in‐fluence of different radial clearance values on the output pressure and flow rate of the pump was obtained . The simulation experimental data can be used as the data source of identification leakage fault of the piston pump .T he research method provided a reference for the fault injection of piston pump .
