摘要
在介绍不压井修井机撬装式液控系统技术要求基础上,叙述该设备的总体布置方式和技术方案。并分别给出液控系统中液控泵站、控制阀组1、阀组2、阀组3的液压原理图;针对每个原理图,说明各执行元件的控制过程,讨论例如液压缸互锁、比例变量泵的防爆实现方式等问题的解决方法。该设备投入使用后,运行良好、使用方便,能够较好地完成修井任务。
The overall arrangement and technical solutions of hydraulic skid?mounted live well workover rig were introduced, on the basis of its different technical requirements. And in the technical solutions, the hydraulic principle diagrams of the hydraulic control pumping station, control valve group one, two, three were given. For each hydraulic principle diagram, the control processes of each components was shown, meanwhile how to solve the problems like the hydraulic cylinder interlock and the anti?explosion mode of elec?tro?hydraulic proportional pump was discussed. It has good removability, reasonable structure and be able to complete the mission.
