摘要
在新课改的教学理念下,我们的教学方式也需要进行不断的调整,为了改善教学效果,需要研究在教学中出现的新问题,从而找到改进的措施。教师要改变传统的教学方式,根据教学的内容,结合学生自身的特点,通过合理安排教学内容,以有效的管理方式激发学生自学能力,从而实现预先设定的目标,促进学生的全面发展。
Under the teaching concept of the new curriculum reform, our styles of teaching need continuous adjustments. To improve the teaching effect, we should research the new problems existing in teaching, so as to find the solutions. To change their traditional styles of teaching, teachers should take into account the teaching content and students' characteristics, arrange the teaching content rationally and stimulate students' self-study ability with effective styles of management, so as to realize the preset goals and promote students' comprehensive development.
