摘要
目的探究与分析中西医结合治疗早期急性乳腺炎的临床疗效。方法选取我院2013年8月～2015年8月收治的早期急性乳腺炎患者90例,采取随机数字表法分为常规西医组与中西医结合组,每组45例,常规西医组给予头孢曲松钠治疗,中西医组加用中药瓜蒌牛蒡汤加味治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效和症状消失时间。结果常规西医组总有效率为75.56%,中西医结合组的总有效率为88.89%,中西医结合组的总有效率高于常规西医组,具有显著差异（P〈0.05）。中西医结合组较常规西医组相比乳房疼痛发热,乳房包块、淋巴结肿大,乳头皲裂,血常规检查异常消失的时间均缩短,具有显著差异（P〈0.05）。结论采用中西医结合治疗早期乳腺炎的临床疗效显著,症状消失时间缩短。
Objective To explore and analysis the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine combine with western medicnie in treatment of early stage of acute mastitis. Methods Selected 90 cases with early acute mastitis patients from August 2013 to August 2015 in our hospital, which were randomly divided into the conventional treatment group and the integrative medicine group, each group had 45 cases, the conventional treatment group given ceftriaxone sodium therapy, the integrative medicine group with trichosanthes burdock decoction, compared with the clinical efficacy and symptoms disappear time of two groups. Results The conventional treatment group total effective rate was 75.56%, the integrative medicine group total effective was 88.89%, the integrative medicine group total effective rate was higher than conventional western medicine group, which hads significant difference（P〈0.05）. The integrative medicine group fever breast pain than the conventional treatment group compared to breast mass, lymphadenopathy, nipple, blood abnormalities disappear shortened markedly, with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of combination therapy of early mastitis significantly shorten the time symptoms.
