摘要
基于统一潮流控制器(unified power flow controller,UPFC)以及目前常用柔性交流输电系统(flexible alternative current transmission systems,FACTS)装置(晶闸管控制串联补偿器(thyristor controlled series compensation,TCSC)、静止同步补偿器(static synchronous compensator,STATCOM)等)模型,对它们之间的协调控制原理进行机制分析,借助仿真分析获得各种装置关键控制参数及其控制规律;然后提出同时考虑统一潮流控制器及其他FACTS装置的协调控制策略,以IEEE-9节点系统验证该策略的可行性;最后将其应用到实际分区电网中,实现基于模糊综合评判的分层协调控制。
On the basis of the models of unified power flow controller(UPFC) and other FACTS devices(e.g. thyristor controlled series compensation(TCSC) that are commonly used at present and static synchronous generator(SVG)),mechanism analysis is proposed for the coordinated control principle among UPFC,TCSC and SVG,and the control regulations and their key control parameters are obtained through simulation analysis. Then a coordinated control strategy which considers UPFC and other FACTS devices simultaneously is proposed. The feasibility of the proposed coordinated control strategy is verified by IEEE 9-bus system. At last,the strategy is applied to real district grids,which realizes the layered coordinated control based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.
